If you're having an issue with your XOS College Sports account, your first step should
be to review the XOS College Sports OnDemand FAQs.

If this does not resolve the problem, please send user support inquiries
to support@xossports.com.

Please include your USER NAME, as well as a phone number where you can be
reached. If you're having trouble viewing a specific video from your My Library,
make sure to include the FULL TITLE of the video. This will help us more
efficiently respond to your issue.

Support hours are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST. XOS College Sports does
not provide phone support.
